IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to the nature of this business, please allow for anywhere between 3-5 weeks for delivery of your goods. 

However, different items at different times could be 'currently' in-stock and ready for immediate delivery.  If you require a product 'urgently', then please contact us via 'shop@dreamscene.net.au' before placing your order, and we will check to see if your items need to be ordered or if they can be posted immediately. 

As we figure out the best and most efficient way of processing your orders, please be patient with us, while we work hard to source the best products from the best suppliers at the best prices, so that we can pass these savings onto you.  We sincerely request everyone's understanding and acceptance of these terms and appreciate everyone's patience.  If you have any issues or enquiries, please feel free to email us anytime.

For the short-term, we have chosen to begin using a 'Weight-based' shipping calculation method, however this is expected to be reviewed after approximately 6 months. 

Shipping Cost is calculated and stated in the Shopping Cart Page or the Checkout Process.

Orders that have been paid for via 'Direct Debit / Electronic Funds Transfer' will not be processed until funds have appeared and full payment has been made.  This is typically around 48hours depending on which bank you are using.
